The RSBP spol. s r.o. company executes its quality policies in full agreement with requirements of the CSN EN ISO 9000 standards that is with the principles of continuous improvement and effective management of all processes that affect service quality.
The goal of our company is to create and maintain our good name in relation to quality, prices, and service delivery schedules which secures our stable position on the Czech market and creates excellent conditions for providing of our services abroad. In relationships with our customers we concentrate on obtaining information about their needs, and we consider our services to be good only if they meet all customer needs and requirements, either explicit or assumed, and this way we improve our customer satisfaction.
Providing of high quality services is the primary goal of all our company employees. Positive approach to quality, quick reaction to new requirements while providing continuously improving level of quality, and removing of found shortcomings is constantly required from all of our employees. The company management continuously provides effective help to company employees through education, instructions and training in order to execute the quality policy and achieve satisfaction of our customers.
